We invite you to feel the joy of co-transforming alongside a butterfly. Use this Paper Doll Play to creatively ignite our imaginations and inspire our bodies to rest, move, and emerge transformed. Grounded in the science of a butterfly’s metamorphosis, The Butterfly Affect Doll Play offers a creative, nature-based, ecofeminist approach to systems of care towards women. The Butterfly Affect Doll Play emerges from The Butterfly Affect, it is an interactive guided chance to play. Participants experience going through a butterfly’s metamorphosis (egg-caterpillar-chrysalis-butterfly) through paper doll puppets, to envision themselves as agents of change.
